Return & Refund Policy

At The Swift Store, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. To ensure fairness for both our customers and our business, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact

  • Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery

  • Unboxing video is recommended for claims related to damage, defects, or missing items

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery

  • Once approved, the product must be handed over to the courier within 7 days.

Late requests or delays in handing over the product may result in rejection.


3. Refund Process

  • After receiving the returned product, it will go through a quality inspection

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 to 12 days.

  • You will be notified via email/SMS regarding the status


4. Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method

  • COD Orders: Refund issued via bank transfer or store credit

To process COD refunds, customers must provide correct bank details.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days with proper proof (images/video).


6. Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items

To prevent misuse and ensure quick resolution:

  • Customers must provide an unboxing video showing the issue clearly

  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted

  • Once verified, we will offer replacement or refund at no extra cost


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”

  • Used, worn, or damaged products (not due to our fault)

  • Personal care, hygiene, or perishable items

  • Products returned without original packaging


8. Return Shipping & Charges

  • Free return pickup is available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind), a return shipping fee of Rs.100 may be deducted

  • In some cases, a restocking fee of Rs.50 or 10% may apply


9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed


10. Important Notes (Anti-Abuse Policy)

To maintain fair usage:

  • Repeated returns from the same customer may lead to account restrictions

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected

  • Delivery refusal in COD orders may lead to restrictions on future orders
