4. Shipping Costs

Flat Rate Shipping: Rs. 100
Free Shipping: Available on orders above a certain value (if applicable)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At 0theswiftstore0@gmail.com, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. To ensure a smooth experience for all customers, please review our COD terms below.

1. COD Availability

COD is available on selected products and serviceable pin codes
Availability will be shown at checkout based on your location

2. COD Charges

A nominal COD fee of Rs.100 may be applied per order
This charge helps cover handling and logistics costs

3. Order Confirmation

To reduce fake and unverified orders:

All COD orders may require confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or call
Orders not confirmed within 12 to 36 hrs, order may be automatically cancelled

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

COD orders are processed only after successful confirmation
Processing time remains 24 to 48 hrs after confirmation

5. Delivery & Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery
Please ensure you have the exact amount ready (cash or supported digital method if available with courier)

6. Refusal of Delivery

Customers are expected to accept delivery once the order is confirmed
Refusing delivery without valid reason may lead to restrictions on future COD orders
Repeated refusals may result in account blocking or prepaid-only access

7. Returns & Refunds (COD Orders)

COD orders are eligible for return as per our Return Policy
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via:
- Bank transfer
- UPI
- Store credit (if applicable)

Customers must provide correct payment details for refunds.

8. Non-Serviceable or High-Risk Orders

We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-risk orders
In such cases, only prepaid options will be available
